On the second floor of the house facing the bay is a very spacious bedroom with a king sized bed. This room has a dressing room and its own bathroom. It also has a lovely, large, private, shaded terrace which allows a good view of the water. There is a comfy stuffed chair, a sofa bed, a writing desk and good lighting for reading. It has an iron and an ironing board in the closet and a blow dryer in the bathroom. WiFi internet is accessible in the room and on the terrace. Drinking water is provided and coffee or tea can be made in the room or brought up from the kitchen. A mini-fridge and coffee maker are in the room. The room has two ceiling fans and a mini-split air conditioner. A space heater is available when needed.

The cost of this room is $120.00 US per night for one or two people. Taxes and Breakfast are included in the price. Extra persons pay a small fee. Up to four people could stay here comfortably

On the third floor is a small room with a great view and its own bath with shower. It has a queen-sized bed and an outdoor sitting area from which to take in the fresh air and a beautiful La Paz sunset.  It is cozy and nice for one or two people, especially if they like the ocean, as it was decorated by our daughter before she went off to school and it’s all about the sea. It has a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. Drinking water is provided as well as coffee or tea makings or they can be brought up from the kitchen in the morning by the guest at no extra charge. A blow dryer is in the bathroom. This room is well lighted and has a nice desk for writing. WiFi is accessible in the room and in the outside sitting area.  It has a ceiling fan over the bed and an air conditioner in the wall. A space heater is available as is an iron and ironing board. This room is rented for $105.00 per night for one or two people.  The price includes taxes and a great breakfast.

Also on the third floor is a very comfortable penthouse apartment (800 sq. ft.) that has the height and view of an Osprey nest; hence the name. It has one of the most dramatic views available in any hotel or apartment in town. A private shaded terrace fronts the apartment where one can relax and catch a view of a flaming sunset over the bay of La Paz in all its glory. This furnished two-bedroom apartment will feel like home away from home. The two bedrooms are well lit with queen sized beds and a writing table in each. They share one bathroom with a shower. The living room has a fold out sofa-bed that can accommodate up to two more people. There are new ceiling fans over the beds and in the living areas. The unit is cooled by quiet, new mini-split air conditioners. Space heaters are available for rare cool evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas range/oven, a microwave, a toaster, a blender, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc.: Everything needed for cooking. Guests are free to bring their own groceries from the nearby market a short walk away if they wish to prepare their own afternoon and evening meals.

A TV with Sky satellite signal is in the living room. WiFi is accessible throughout The Nest. A Blow dryer is in the bathroom. An iron and ironing board is in the closet.
